2017第二届英国皇家建筑师学会国际青年规划师设计工作坊征集令（重庆站）
英国皇家建筑师学会（The Royal Institute of British Architects，简称RIBA）于1834年成立，1837年取得英国皇家学会资格，与美国建筑师学会（AIA）并称当前世界范围内最具知名度的两大建筑师学会。
2017年11月10日至12日英国皇家建筑师学会（RIBA）、中国城市规划设计研究院西部分院、28365备用网址共同承办第二届英国皇家建筑师学会国际青年规划师设计工作坊（重庆站）。开展青年工作坊的目的是为国内外青年规划师提供学术交流和相互学习的机会，并通过与经验丰富的国际大师高强度紧密合作，培养青年规划才俊，建立广泛的跨国界学术交流与工作平台。
一、工作坊简介
主题：Adaptive City （PIPA / YANZEYAN / MATOU / YANGTSE ISLAND）
适应性城市（印制一厂 / 燕子岩 / 飞机码头 / 长江 / 珊瑚坝）
时间：2017年11月10日—2017年11月12日
工作地址：重庆市渝中区枇杷后街印制一厂
工作内容：在导师的指导下利用3天的时间完成一个实际项目的快题设计。
人员构成：青年规划师30人
导师名单：由英国皇家建筑师学会（RIBA）派出的4名资深设计导师、中国城市规划设计研究院西部分院及28365备用网址的相关专家组成。
二、 关于主题的设定
“适应性城市”工作坊致力于解决历史中心城市有关适应、更新和持续发展等问题。
我们的项目基地从枇杷印制厂一直延伸到长江和旧机场码头，具有多样的地形变化、多功能的建筑群和丰富的历史文化。
重庆老城天际线随着发展已经发生了巨大改变——未来的城市和枇杷山应该采取什么样的形式去展现?
城市和长江的历史关系已经被拥挤的道路和废旧的建筑破坏——我们如何才能使这种基本动力在当代重新展现？
我们如何利用私人空间打造公共场地？
我们如何将政府和当地的需求与私人投资和商业经营相结合？
对于城市规划师和建筑师来说，挑战在于理清这种复杂关系和进行协商，这是提出该地区发展建议的基础。
我们的目标是创造有意义的城市空间和建筑，让他们能传承历史文化，能自信地作为现代环境的一部分彰显风采。
The adaptive city workshop will addresses the many questions concerning adaptation, renewal and enduring development in historical central city locations.
Our project site stretches from the Pipa printing factories down to the Yangtse River and the island of the old airport and has a dramatic topography, diverse functions & architectures and rich histories.
The skyline of Chongqing’s walled city has radically changed in modern times - what form should the future city and Pipa Shan take?
The historic relationship between city and river has been compromised by busy roads and underused buildings - how can we resurrect a contemporary version of this fundamental dynamic?
How can we entwine public domain with private space?
How can we combine the roles of public government and local needs with private sector investment and commercial priorities?
The challenge for the architect and urban designer is to understand these complex interactions and negotiations and to use them as a basis for a new set of proposals for the site.
The goal is to create meaningful urban spaces and architectures with tangible links to the city’s past while confidently being part of the present.

Matthew Priestman BSc (Edinburgh) Dip Arch, RIBA, ARB Partner at Priestman Architects Roddy Langmuir 建筑专业优秀硕士毕业生，建筑师。在英国及国外的文化、建筑、居住建筑领域拥有三十年丰富的规划设计经验。普林斯曼建筑事务所执行负责人之一，主管设计工作。苏格兰建筑设计评审会主席。2013年，担任英国皇家建筑师学会奖和凯恩戈姆山国家公园设计奖评审会主席。2014年，参与2015米兰世博会英国馆设计评审。同时，也是体育领域富有才华的运动员。 Roddy Langmuir MA(Hons), DipArch, Architect Roddy is a superb designer with 30 years of experience of creating beautiful cultural, educational and residential buildings and masterplans in the Andrew Baldwin 英国TOP5顶尖名校拉夫堡大学荣誉教授、英国皇家特许测量师学会会员、香港工程师学会会员、英国土木工程师学会会员、欧洲工程师联盟成员，曾任香港理工大学建筑与地产学院院长、香港理工大学建设与土地利用系系主任、英国拉夫堡大学制造和建设创新研究中心主任。 Andrew Baldwin Emeritus Professor, Distinguished Visiting Professor, Michael A P Murray 工程学博士、皇家特许工程师学会会员、注册工程师、英国能源学会会员；作为Prime Group的顾问专家参与一系列高端医疗项目的建设，从策略制定、到设计管理、BIM开发、成本控制到施工建设全过程；曾任英国Skanska Technology 集团执行董事、AMEC Design & Management公司设计与工程部总监、IDC 集团机械工程部主管。 Michael A P Murray BTech (hons), PhD, CEng, FCIBSE, MEI A Chartered Engineer with unique operational experience in integrated design and construction and an in-depth understanding of the leadership challenge facing the industry. 四、活动流程：
本次工作坊活动将以实际的项目为基础，邀请英国设计师与国内设计师一同前往项目地址调研、开展头脑风暴、问题与挑战探索及具体的设计工作（包括绘图）。
本次活动为期3天：
第1天主要开展活动介绍、现场调研踏勘及分组 （3-5人/组）讨论、头脑风暴等活动，下午由导师开展主题演讲，晚上自由讨论；
第2天上午为分组与导师探讨初步构思成果，方案反馈及修改工作，下午由导师或嘉宾开展简短演讲，并自由讨论；
第3天为终极方案汇报及优秀设计师颁奖仪式。
SCHEDULE:
This workshop is organised as an intensive design workshop. Each participant is expected to attend full time for the whole duration of the workshop.

五、奖励
证书：每位参加工作坊的青年规划师将获得由英国皇家建筑师协会颁发的培训证书；
优秀设计师奖：工作坊将从每个项目组里评选出一位表现优异的青年规划师，颁发优秀设计师奖，并给予一定的资金奖励。

报名方式：分为单位与个人报名。
单位报名：由设计单位或高校推荐本单位优秀青年规划师报名参与，每家单位限推荐3人。
个人报名：由个人填写报名表格，参与活动。
若人数超出报名限制，将由RIBA、中国城市规划设计研究院西部分院、28365备用网址共同遴选合
适的人员参与。
报名条件：有丰富的工作经验和较强的设计能力、有一定的英语表达能力者。
